Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• A tracking email will be sent once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard: 3-7 business days.
• Express: 1-3 business days.
• If your order exceeds 125€ all items are shipped free, with the shipping provider of our choice. This applies only to our European customers.

International Shipping

• Available to select countries; delivery time: 10-14 business days.
• Customs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
• Returns or Exchanges if The Good Are Damages
• We replace defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days for assistance Return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund.
