At Natural Healing, we will deliver your tea quickly and sustainably.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- A tracking email will be sent once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard: 3-7 business days.
- Express: 1-3 business days.
- If your order exceeds 125€ all items are shipped free, with the shipping provider of our choice. This applies only to our European customers.
International Shipping
- Available to select countries; delivery time: 10-14 business days.
- Customs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
Returns or Exchanges if The Good Are Damages
We replace defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days for assistance Return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund.
